Anna Charlotte Hubert is a photographer from Arnhem, the Netherlands, dividing her time between Arnhem and Rio de Janeiro.
From a young age, she felt the urge to spread her wings and live elsewhere. She lived in Berlin, Lisbon, and travelled throughout Asia, but it was Brazil that stole her heart — a place that continues to inspire her deeply.
Her work begins with emotion and the connections she builds with the people she photographs. Often intuitive, her process is guided by feeling rather than explanation, with understanding unfolding afterwards.
Through bright colors, nude bodies, and landscapes, she captures human connection with honesty and ease. Water runs quietly through her imagery as an underlying thread, suggesting fluidity, emotion, femininity, and transformation.
Friends, family, lovers, and everyday encounters become her muses. Her practice is rooted in creation, connection, and joy.
